Start: Nurse Seeks to Increase Income

Platform Discovery

  • Facebook/Google Ads targeting "nursing jobs"
  • Referral from another nurse
  • Partnership with Nursing Syndicate/Hospitals

Download "Nurse App"

Register as a Service Provider

  • Enter basic data: Name, Mobile Number, OTP, Specialization
  • Upload required documents (mandatory): ID, Diploma, Syndicate Card, Criminal Record, Profile Picture

Status: "Under Admin Review"

Admin Review of Documents

  • Admin reviews documents in the dashboard.
  • If documents are incomplete/incorrect: Notify nurse "Documents Rejected" with reason.
  • If documents are complete & valid: Notify nurse "Documents Accepted. Please book an interview."

Personal Interview

  • Nurse books an interview slot (online or at the office)
  • Conducting Technical & Soft Skills interview
  • If interview fails: Notify nurse "We apologize for not accepting you at this time."
  • If interview succeeds: Notify nurse "You have been accepted. Please attend the mandatory training."

Mandatory Training

  • Nurse attends training (online or offline)
  • Topics: App usage, Safety protocol, Customer interaction, Infection control

Activation

  • Admin activates the nurse's account
  • Notify nurse: "Congratulations! Your account is active and ready to receive requests."

Nurse Home Screen

  • Set status: "Available" / "Unavailable"
  • View current "Wallet Balance"
  • Prominent "SOS Emergency" button

Status: "Available" - Awaiting Requests

Receiving a New Request

  • Audio and visual notification
  • Display request details: Service, Address, Client Rating, Expected Earnings

Accept Request? (within 30 seconds)

  • If No/Ignored: Return to "Awaiting Requests"
  • If Yes: Request Accepted

En Route to Client

  • App opens map for navigation
  • Safety feature: "Share Trip" with family

Arrival & Service Start

  • Nurse presses "Start Service"
  • Activates prominent SOS button
  • Sends notification to the client

During Service - Emergency Scenario (SOS)

  • Pressing SOS button calls company emergency line + sends location alert to admin

Service End

  • Nurse presses "End Service"

Rate Client (Mandatory)

  • 1-5 Star Rating
  • Select reason: "Respectful Client", "Unsafe Location", "Inaccurate Data"

Wallet Update

  • Display earnings summary and commission
  • Online Payment: Add (Service Price - Commission) to balance
  • Cash Payment: Deduct (Commission Value) from balance

Return to Home Screen

  • Return to "Awaiting Requests"

Side Journey: Withdraw/Charge Balance

  • Positive Balance: "Withdraw Balance" for weekly bank/e-wallet transfer
  • Negative Balance: "Charge Balance" if limit is reached (via Visa/Fawry)

End: Nurse receives earnings or recharges balance
