Select Nurse & Confirm Booking

  • Review Service Summary & Total Price
  • Press "Confirm Booking"

Booking Confirmation

  • App & SMS Notification
  • Display Confirmed Nurse's Details

Waiting Phase

  • Track Nurse on Map (for ASAP)
  • Contact Customer Service Button
  • Cancellation Option (with clear conditions)

Nurse Arrival & Service Start

  • Nurse presses "Start Service"
  • Patient receives "Service Started" notification

Service End & Payment

  • Nurse presses "End Service"
  • Patient receives "Service Ended" notification
  • Detailed Invoice Displayed
  • Payment Options: Cash or Online

Rate Service & Nurse

  • Mandatory after payment
  • 1-5 Star Rating
  • Optional Comments/Feedback

Customer Service Follow-up

  • Follow-up call within 24-48 hours
  • Check on patient and service quality
  • Log feedback in CRM

End: Data Collected, Patient Status Known

Repeat Need / Return

  • Patient returns to request a new service, starting from the Home Screen.
